Island Mamula
Mamula island (Other name is Lastavica island with an ancient fort Mamula) - dive site, where you can see something new every time you dive with scuba. Fort Mamula repeatedly participated in various military operations for several centuries. The fort Mamula was defensive object that protected the entrance to Boka Bay, as well as a prison. The dive site "Mamula" is the most popular site in Montenegro because of its history. Diving at Mamula has both military and historical informative character. During the dive at Mamula you can see cannonballs, a lot of various anchors, as well as inhabitants of the underwater world of the Adriatic: octopus, lobsters, hermit crabs and others.
